It's not every day you read headlines like "Shark Tank: Night Runner 270 Accepts $350,000 Deal from Robert Herjavec After Tank Shark Fight". Doug & Renata Storer are the founders of Night Runner 270. After successfully running a Kickstarter campaign raising $43k with 500 customers in 28 countries, they captured the attention of 4 of the 5 sharks, ultimately accepting $350k from Robert Herjavec.
Doug and Rentata Storer created Night Runner Shoe Lights ( http://www.nightrunner270.com ) and experienced what it takes to secure investments from the sharks on Shark Tank.
Doug Storer, CEO and Founder: Over the last 30 years, Doug has successfully driven business development and sales for multi- billion dollar, Fortune 500 companies. Doug led the national sales team for Home Depot Supply and was instrumental in developing new market segment strategies. From 1997 – 2007, Doug served as Vice Mayor and Winter Park City Commissioner. Doug has been a runner for 35 years and completed four marathons.
Renata Storer, President and Founder: Renata has 25 years of experience working as a design manager for a national architecture firm that serves the commercial, retail and hospitality industry. Renata is an avid runner and holds a black belt in karate.
