This event is held specifically for entrepreneurs and small business owners in the startup community. Often absent from corporate holiday parties, startups, freelancers, and the self-employed lose the benefit of celebrating their achievements with coworkers.

Celebrations need to happen because they are an acknowledgement of a business’s success and all the hard work contributed by team members. Employees are crucial to the success of a company, and it should be celebrated. Many big companies do this with an end-of-year holiday party.
