How do you interview potential customers to validate that they have a problem? What are other techniques to research customer problems? How do you identify a viable customer problem to build a business upon? How do you determine that you are uniquely qualified to pursue a particular customer problem? How do you know if the customer problem is large enough to pursue? What are various tools and techniques to keep track of industry trends and potential customers? For this "Vision & Mission" session, Founders are asked to prepare a 3-5 sentence story that describes the "Why" behind their company in less than 1 minute. All feedback is welcome, but we recommend helping them brainstorm and refine a great vision for their company that is clear, concise, and can inspire others to join and support their project.
