Born and raised in Philadelphia, Chef Brian Duffy credits his culinary success to his first experiences in the kitchen as a young child with his Irish-Italian family. After graduating from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, Chef Duffy worked under James Beard Award winning Chef Jean Marie LaCroix at The Four Seasons in Philadelphia. He then partnered to open Kristopher’s– a critically acclaimed BYOB concept– and later brought his “New Celtic” point of view to the Dave Magrogan Group where he served as their Corporate Executive Chef. Following his tenure with DMG, he joined Seafood America as a consultant and Executive Chef, and developed a fresh and frozen product line for grocery chains worldwide. He formed "Duffified Experience Group" in 2012, a consulting firm focused on serving small to mid-sized restaurants across the globe. He has become one of the most in demand restaurant and hospitality consultants in North America and overseas. He recently launched "Duffifed Live"– a show with a unique perspective on eating, drinking and traveling– in collaboration with Rock Hard Media Group. He has a retail line, and is opening his first restaurant in Philadelphia (Fall 2016).
