🧑🏻‍💻 About Speaker

David Shelters possesses more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience as a founder, co-founder, CFO and board advisor to numerous tech start-ups in both America and Asia. David recently joined Mekong Strategic Partners in Cambodia as Entrepreneur-in-Residence, advising the portfolio companies of the SADIF Fund. He also lectures on business modelling and strategy at the National University of Management and is an active startup community builder, serving as mentor and pitch judge for numerous local incubator programs and startup competitions. David continues to serve as a National Expert & Global Jurist for the World Summit Awards, the largest social impact competition in the world. He is also an APAC Regional & Innovation Expert with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). David is a John Wiley published author who has written extensively on start-ups and startup ecosystems with three full-length books to his credit.
