About Speaker:

Sochheka is an optimist who believes that everyone can achieve their dreams and aspirations by simply doing what they love consistently. Growing up in Battambang province, Sochheka has been raised in a middle-class family to be a trainer and leader. He has spent a lot of time in his professional career working with people in many different fields, including training & development, sales, marketing, operation, project management, and customer services. Sochheka is currently the Vice President and Head of Bancassurance at Sovannaphum Life Assurance Plc, leading about 100 insurance sales advisors and managers for Canadia Bank – one of the largest banks in Cambodia.
