Gabriel Hyams is a serial entrepreneur having founded 2 AATB accredited tissue banks in the last 10 years.
Gabriel Graduated from the University of Arizona with degrees in Physiology and Chemistry. He excelled as an account manager for Novartis Pharmaceuticals while completing his MBA from the University of Redlands.
Gabriel moved from pharmaceuticals to orthopedics when he made the move as a medical device sales representative to Depuy Mitek, a Johnson and Johnson company. He gained valuable knowledge about the OR, various procedures, managed care, medical devices and allografts.
Gabriel went on to co-found International Biologics (IB) in Scottsdale, AZ. IB is a full service tissue bank that processes cadaveric tissue for transplant. IB was acquired by Lattice Biologics in 2013.
Gabriel’s latest Venture is Pinnacle Transplant Technologies (PTT) which he co-founded in 2010. Pinnacle is an AATB accredited tissue bank that processes cadaveric and amniotic tissue for transplant. In less than 3 years PTT has grown to 46 employees and has implanted over 75,000 allografts. PTT most recently won the Bioscience Entrepreneurship grant from the Flinn Foundation as well as Venture Madness put on by the Arizona Commerce Authority and Invest Southwest.
