Josh Reeves, CEO and Co-founder of Gusto, is stopping in Phoenix as part of a cross-country RV road trip to visit customers and hear from small businesses.

Why is he traveling across the country? As Gusto has grown to help over 40,000 small businesses nationwide run payroll, offer benefits, and take care of HR, Josh realized he wasn't able to talk to as many customers as he used to when Gusto was smaller. He missed hearing what motivates entrepreneurs, business owners, and employees – he yearned to meet people face-to-face again.

During his coast to coast trip, he will be giving 11 local businesses a Gusto Extra Mile Award to celebrate the exceptional ways they go above and beyond for their employees. He will uncover how small businesses have built thriving companies, plus figure out what Gusto – and others – could do to help them.
