Mike Peregrina co-founded Homie in the summer of 2015 to change the world. Prior to Homie, Mike was on the investment team at Mercato Partners, a leading Venture Capital firm focused on investing in the software and consumer branded products industries, where he helped underwrite investments in several high growth startups. Before Mercato Partners, Mike was an investment banker at Valtus Capital Group, a boutique investment bank focused on advising middle market businesses on institutional debt & equity raises and on mergers & acquisitions in the real estate, hospitality / gaming, and consumer products industries. He assisted in transactions totaling $1B+. Mike Studied Architecture and Finance at University of Nevada Las Vegas. He’s married with two young kids and loves a great restaurant.
