Ray Garcia is an entrepreneur with over twenty years of global experience in creating business value with innovative IT products. He's the founder of Buoyant Capital (bcap.biz) and he has been an advisor for investors and corporation, the co-founder of SmartSystemsTechnology and Zonebee. His experience lead him to become also a mentor and teacher at Boston MIT and at UniPi MBA.

Ray Garcia is an entrepreneur with over twenty years of global experience in creating business value with innovative information technology products. He served as executive management within start-up ventures and large global corporations, focusing on the development and delivery of complex commercial software products to international clients. During his carreer he conducted 30+ technology audit assessments of software product companies as part of investment and acquisition diligence for various investors and corporations, co-founded Smart Systems Technology, a company among the first to develop and deliver NFC technologies, and co-foundend Zonebee. His experience lead him to become an international business mentor, teaching at the University of Arizona, the Boston MIT and at the MBA of the University of Pisa (Italy).
