Thierry Moise is the second generation of the family business Karyna old of alsmost 60 years old. Appointed as the CEO of the company in 1992, he is behing the company's expansion with the creation of the ELSA's brand and Point Chaud, two fast food points opened in 2016 and 2018. The company is also befind the franchise "N'ap fri".
Karyna and Point Chaud, altogether count 200+ employers and covers a network of more than 100 supermarkets throughout the capital city of Port-au-Prince and the countrysides, offering over a million customers traditional, rustic and fancy breads, pastries, cupcakes and desserts.
