Vaclav has a mix of experience from startups, management consulting, government and academia. He worked at Ernst & Young, the OECD in Paris, the Czech Government and he spent a year as a Fulbright scholar at the University of Pennsylvania Law school. In 2014, he joined Uber where he launched Prague as the first city in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2015, he moved to Airbnb, where he was responsible for the Czech market as a Country Lead. Now, he is a Trips Market Manager responsible for launching Airbnb Experiences in multiple markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
