Most of us recognize that we don't have everything it takes to start a company on our own. We may need to find that technical co-founder, or perhaps a business co-founder, or if you're running a traditional business, maybe a chef, or a retail operations expert. How do we go about attracting people to our vision especially when we're so early along? Where can we find these people who are willing to take the leap of faith and join us?
You will learn about:
- Different channels/places to find a co-founder.
- How to approach them & frame the conversation.
- How to compensate & discuss equity.
Join this workshop if:
- You are thinking about starting a business.
- You’ve already started a business and are looking for that mythical co-founder.
- You are thinking about joining a startup.
This workshop is NOT for you if:
- You struggle with delegation and relinquishing control.
- You are not committed to your startup/idea.
Are you currently seeking a co-founder? If so, join our soon-to-be launched Co-Founder Matchmaking Group with its own focused event series to come!
