About this event

While working as an IT Consultant at EY, Jasmine led the Black Professional Network and their volunteering initiatives for the EY Chicago office. She soon realized that the process was extremely manual and it was near impossible for the business to understand how these programs impacted employee retention and productivity without any data. This is where the idea to build Five to Nine, or what she called the ‘Eventbrite for Corporations’ was born.

Fresh off her successful seed funding raise of $4 million, Jasmine will share her journey, the highs, and the lows, and lessons learned along the way.
