Tommy Thompson is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of business experience having owned and operated businesses in the manufacturing, retail, service, and real estate worlds. Steve Perkins has spent much of his career as a Culture Strategist at Capital One and is the founder of Greenhouse Culture helping people find their career Sweetspot.

On April 2nd we will hold a Fireside Chat with Tommy Thompson & Steve Perkins.
Tommy Thompson's life as taken him down may diverse roads. After graduating from Davidson College in 1980, he obtained a Masters of Divinity degree from Union Theological Seminary and promptly went into business with his brother. Over 30 years of partnership together, they have owned and operated businesses in the manufacturing, retail, service, and real estate worlds. Over these years, he worked in about every function possible in these businesses. On the side, Tommy spends energy teaching and mentoring high capacity leaders. 
Steve Perkins is the founder of Greenhouse Culture helping people find their career Sweetspot and get intentional about how they live life. Steve has spent much of his career as a Culture Strategist at Capital One helping build environments where people can perform at their best. Most recently Steve has launched the Greenhouse Effect Podcast with interviews and insights on the best ways to get your life unstuck and moving in the right direction!
