An informal investor in software companies, Paul van Keep has made his tracks as an entrepreneur in the software industry. While studying in Delft he co-founded Exact software with a few friends in 1984. Currently, Paul van Keep is owner of Sumatra Software, a company analyzing and reporting business intelligence from Exact data. As an informal investor, Paul has invested in (former) YES!Delft companies BackUp Agent and TradeCloud. Sprout named Paul van Keep one of the most important angel investors in the Netherlands, being a driving force behind the Dutch start-up scene. Tonight, he will share with us his entrepreneurial ups and downs and talk about his drive to support Dutch (software) start-ups with his knowledge, experience and financial means.
