Letlhogonolo Otladisa is an entrepreneur with interests in mining and specialising in Steel Fabrication. Letlhogonolo was born & raised in Rustenburg, a city surrounded by the platinum mines and completed his matric at Zinniaville Secondary School in 2005 and continued his tertiary education at University of Johannesburg where he studied Human Resource Management.

In 2009 to pursue the dream of being self-employed, Letlhogonolo started with doing marketing for creative counsel during weekends to make some income. To boost his Sale Skills, he worked in the retail industry, total sports in particular and Markham’s that's when he registered his business with my small income in 2013. The shortest I've worked after leaving the TFG group was for electric express and that was 5 hours quitting on the same day to further understand the business environment.

With  many failed attempts I had to look for a better job eventually worked as an HR officer for Bojanala bus in Mogwase for two years 2014 and 15 left in 2016 to be a full time entrepreneur, exactly  time when my son was a month old.

When the business was registered I tried the cleaning services which later realized was not a favorable option for me, ventured into mining which led to me specialising in the engineering field. Steel fabrication is our expertise, currently doing maintenance work on all the Anglo Platinum plants of Rustenburg. today  the company  employs 37  employees which 30 qualified artisans with our project manager as a qualified GCC Mining engineer.
