Steve Simonetto has more than 30 years of experience in software development, project management, consulting, and business management; most of that with Public Sector customers; and most of that with the State of California. Recognizing the need for a more customer focused approach to software-related consulting, Steve co-founded LCS to provide high value, premium technology services. As CEO of
LCS, Steve’s commitment to quality delivery and high customer satisfaction enabled the company to double revenues each year from 2009 to 2012.
At
Oracle Corporation he directed the Public Sector consulting business for fifteen western states, including California. Steve has served as Executive Sponsor for numerous major software engagements. During that time, he successfully negotiated a master services agreement between Los Angeles County and Oracle Consulting.
Since founding LCS, Steve successfully negotiated California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS), California Information Technology Master Services Agreement (MSA), CalPers Vendor Pool, CalPers Spring Fed Pool, and California Software License Program (SLP) agreements.
