A proven leader with more than 15 years of C-level experience, Randy is the founder and interim CEO of Flippbox, a firm which is proudly relocating to Sacramento from the east coast. He also currently serves as Managing Partner of the firm’s parent company, Silicon Bay Partners, a business incubator and holding company. He launched his first startup, an employment screening services firm, in 1994 and has since served as Managing Partner of various holding companies involved in ventures ranging from real estate to employment screening and data retrieval sectors.
