Andrew Trickett is one of the Co-founders of Merge VR. Merge VR is based in San Antonio based and is developing a broad range of virtual reality and augmented reality products focused on young users. He leads fundraising, business development and general administration. He was also a Co-founder of Virtual Alert, which sells enterprise software for homeland security applications.
Andrew Trickett is one of the Co-founders of Merge VR. Merge VR is based in San Antonio based and is developing a broad range of virtual reality and augmented reality products focused on young users. He leads fundraising, business development and general administration. He was also a Co-founder of Virtual Alert, which sells enterprise software for homeland security applications. As the leader of all revenue-generating activities, Virtual Alert sold products to half the states in the country and the US Dept of Homeland Security. The company enjoyed a successful exit in only 3.5 years, through M&A to a private-equity backed company based in Washington DC.
He was a Partner at Oliver Wyman, one of the world's largest strategy consulting companies. He has served as a mentor to multiple 3 Day Startup teams and also ran UTSA's Clean Energy Incubator. He holds an MBA from Wharton and a BBA from UT Austin.
