Luis’ entrepreneurial vision began at a young age selling livestock as a teenager. He went on to start and manage several successful businesses and led an international commodities trading team in San Antonio, Texas. He currently leads Parlevel Systems, a prime IOT company with software applications for the Food and Beverage Industry. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from UTSA.
