Matt Wilbanks is CEO and Co-Founder of HelpSocial, a 2 year old startup based in downtown San Antonio at Geekdom. HelpSocial provides technology that helps large businesses keep up with their customer’s conversations in social networks like Facebook and Twitter.
Matt Wilbanks is CEO and Co-Founder of HelpSocial, a 2 year old startup based in downtown San Antonio at Geekdom. HelpSocial provides technology that helps large businesses keep up with their customer’s conversations in social networks like Facebook and Twitter. HelpSocial started as an internal project at Rackspace in 2011 and quickly grew into a platform uniquely capable of helping large enterprises turn social media into a customer support channel. Matt, and Co-Founder Robert Collazo, spun HelpSocial out of Rackspace in 2014 and have grown to a team of 9 people.
