Michael Girdley is an entrepreneur (Codeup and Alamo Fireworks), investor (Co-founder of the Geekdom Fund), reformed programmer and author, and believer in San Antonio’s startup ecosystem.  Michael was Director of Product Strategy for BEA WebLogic in San Francisco and a TechStars mentor.  He has held roles in engineering at RSA Security and is the author of several books on programming.  He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors from Lafayette College in Easton, PA.  His passions are his kiddos, physical fitness and growing San Antonio’s startup ecosystem.  He can be reached at Michael@girdley.com / @mgirdley
