Milk Tea Lab is inspired by one’s personal boba experiences; the good times with friends and family. From age 13, KM was first introduced to boba drinks by her mother and was instantly hooked. Eventually she would even start to make her own drinks at home where she would do extensive research and trial and error. Today, she has 8 locations of Milk Tea Lab! Are you ready to start your own?
At a very young age, KM founded Milk Tea Lab and franchised 8 locations in 3 years with a 45% revenue growth each year. He will share his extensive strategies and planning in executing the company roadmap.
His co-founder, Kelsey, is currently managing the grand new opening store in San Jose, CA. Her new product, Milk Tea Pot, is featured on Mercury News, Eater San Francisco and Facebook subtle asian group. Are you planning to build your childhood dream?
