Debra Caires has 30 plus years of experience as a Career Coach, Workshop Facilitator/Presenter, Curriculum Designer, Program Developer, and has invested 23 years as a Faculty Member at San Jose State University. Her main passion is developing the career evolution of young professionals navigating their environment for the first time. Debra continues to spearhead pipeline programs across the country focusing on high school students deciding on careers as they charter the waters of college and industry.
