Mikkel Svane, Fundador e CEO, Zendesk: Após uma viagem inspiradora a San Francisco em 1995, Mikkel lançou um dos primeiros portais web da Dinamarca. Menos de um ano depois, o portal foi adquirido por um jornal dinamarquês, e Mikkel fundou Caput, um software que fornecia componentes para a construção de redes sociais e comunidades on-line. Servindo como CEO da Caput até 2002, ele se tornou entāo o General Manager para uma empresa alemā chamada Materna. Tal emprego o fez reencontrar os antigos amigos Morten e Alex, com os quais ele fundou a Zendesk em 2007. Less than a year later the portal was acquired by a Danish newspaper and Mikkel founded Caput, a software company specializing in standard software components for community building and social networks.
