Max Minchul Shin is the co-founder & CEO of Sparkplus, a co-working space for startups and small businesses. He was a serial entrepreneur who founded multiple businesses in the fields of entertainment and Fin-Tech while working as a business consultant for enterprises. Max was one of the founding board members of private equity group at Bain & Company Korea and spent 5 years in private equity fund focusing on mining and natural resources while travelling to exotic places such as Andes, Siberia, and Mongolia. He received a B.A. from the Seoul National University and a MBA from the prestigious Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
