The mission of Startup Grind is to educate, connect, and inspire entrepreneurs. Startup Grind Seoul in partnership with Asan-Nanum Foundation meets monthly in the heart of Seoul. There will be networking, delicious food, and amazing people! Come and be part of Seoul, Korea's Startup Community. This month, we will be interviewing Albert Hahn, the Head of Google for Startups in Korea. _ Google for Startups (formerly known as Google for Entrepreneurs) is a startup program launched by Google in 2011, consisting of over 50 co-working spaces and accelerators in 125 countries, offering hands-on lessons for aspiring entrepreneurs. It partners with local startup communities as well as a network of co-working spaces popularly known as Google Campus for tech startup entrepreneurs. It offers access to Google's devices as well as tools and workshops for the local tech community. Campus Seoul is the first Asian Campus opened in 2015. Albert Hahn is a co-founder of Hello Market, Korea's leading mobile P2P classifieds marketplace. He has B.A. in Political Science and Government at Yale University, and M.P.P. in International Trade and Finance at Harvard Kennedy School of Government. It is when he was doing Ph.D in UC Berkeley he visited Korea for his research and settled down to start his own business. * This event will be in both English/Korean while networking, but the fireside chat will be in English. ** Pizza and drinks will be served.
