This month, we will be interviewing ‘SooHyun Bae', CEO/founder of Common ground Inc.

Collective ground is a real-estate developer that aims to preserve historical, cultural, monumental buildings and to support organizations that create social impact and drive innovations.

Collective ground acquired the first building from "Samtoh" in Daehak-ro, Seoul, designed and constructed back in 1979 by the architect Soo-keun Kim in 2017. Now the building was turned into the innovation lab for education and media/contents.

SooHyun has Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Business Administration and Management, General  at Seoul National University, and MBA from Harvard Business School.

She started her career as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company.
