- About Us
Adrien is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of SaladStop! whilst his sister Katherine is Director overseeing marketing, product development and training.
SaladStop! was first set up in 2009 by a father-and-son team determined to fill a gap in the local food scene by bringing two contrasting concepts together: salad and fast food. With an unwavering commitment to healthy eating, SaladStop! has attracted a loyal following since opening, expanding to 19 outlets locally.
In the past two years, SaladStop! has expanded internationally and has an overseas presence in Japan, Philippines and Indonesia with more outlets opening in Spain, Malaysia, Korea and Hong Kong this year.
The company raised USD$3.6M in a round of funding in 2016 to help fund further growth of the brand in Singapore and new markets.
With a staff of over 200 in Singapore, the company has seen double digit growth since opening its first outlet in Marina Square eight years ago.
Come hear from Adrien and Katherine about their family business and how they’ve successfully built a homegrown brand in the competitive F&B space.
Adrien Desbaillets is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of SaladStop!
In 2009, Adrien and his father saw the need for healthier food options in Singapore. This turned into a vision of bringing something innovative, fresh and tasty to increasingly discerning and health conscious people.

A graduate of Cornell University, Adrien has worked as a consultant in the hospitality industry for many years. Prior to SaladStop! he held the position of Vice-President - Development and Acquisitions with Kingdom Hotel Investments, spearheading all investment opportunities for the group in China.
