Adrien is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of SaladStop! whilst his sister Katherine is Director overseeing marketing, product development and training.
SaladStop! was first set up in 2009 by a father-and-son team determined to fill a gap in the local food scene by bringing two contrasting concepts together: salad and fast food. With an unwavering commitment to healthy eating, SaladStop! has attracted a loyal following since opening, expanding to 19 outlets locally.
In the past two years, SaladStop! has expanded internationally and has an overseas presence in Japan, Philippines and Indonesia with more outlets opening in Spain, Malaysia, Korea and Hong Kong this year.
The company raised USD$3.6M in a round of funding in 2016 to help fund further growth of the brand in Singapore and new markets.
With a staff of over 200 in Singapore, the company has seen double digit growth since opening its first outlet in Marina Square eight years ago.
