Kell Jay Lim is the Head of Grab Singapore. He oversees business operations and provides strategic direction for Grab across the GrabTaxi & GrabCar businesses. His previously held positions in Grab include Regional Head of Analytics, Regional Head of Operations & Regional Head of GrabCar. Prior to joining Grab, Kell Jay led complex customer analytics projects for large multinational clients in his previous stint at Accenture. This experience has proven useful in equipping him with the knowledge and expertise to understand both customers and drivers’ needs in order to enhance the Grab experience. Kell Jay graduated from the University of Sheffield with an Honours degree in Electronic Engineering. He is an avid long-distance runner and has completed six full marathons to date.
