About this event

A premium, hands-on pricing and packaging workshop for B2B founders, operators, product leaders, and go-to-market teams. *Limited to 20 participants.*

AI is changing how products create value, how customers use software, and how startups should think about pricing.

For years, B2B SaaS has leaned heavily on per-seat pricing. But what happens when one person using AI can do the work of five? What happens when usage, automation, outcomes, or workflows become better signals of value than headcount?

The teams that win the next few years won’t just pick a better number. They’ll rethink how they package, position, and meter value.

Join Startup Grind Singapore and Andy Rooks, founder of Price Theory, for a premium, small-group online workshop designed for teams working through real pricing and packaging decisions.

This is not a webinar you half-watch. It’s hands-on pricing work you can apply to your business immediately.

The room is capped at 20 participants, the format is interactive, and you’ll apply the frameworks to your own product and pricing context throughout the session — including guided application and a live pricing clinic using selected participant examples.

What you’ll walk away with:

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have:

  • A packaging and pricing hypothesis for your own product
  • A clearer view of what your pricing signals to customers
  • A framework for choosing between seat-based, usage-based, outcome-based, hybrid, and value-based models
  • One concrete next test to validate your pricing direction
  • Practical feedback through live discussion, Q&A, and real participant examples

What we’ll cover:

Pricing as a positioning signal

  • What your pricing tells a buyer before they even evaluate the product.

The pricing thermometer

  • Where your product sits on the pricing spectrum, what that position signals, and what it commits you to.

Packaging in the AI era

  • How to think about seats, usage, credits, outcomes, hybrid models, and platform-plus-consumption pricing when AI is shifting the unit of work.

Price testing

  • The types of pricing tests worth running, what each test actually tells you, and how to choose your next one.

Live application

  • Participants will use pre-work to apply the framework to their own product during the session. Selected participant examples may be discussed live as teaching cases so the group can see how the framework works in practice.

What’s included:

  • A live 2.5-hour interactive online workshop with Andy Rooks

  • A short pre-work questionnaire so you arrive ready to work
  • Guided application to your own product and pricing model
  • Live pricing clinic using selected participant examples as teaching cases for the group
  • Interactive discussion, Q&A, and pricing feedback
  • Early access to Andy’s pricing tool / AI-supported pricing assistant

Who this is for:

This workshop is designed for people actively involved in pricing, packaging, positioning, or monetization decisions, especially at B2B, SaaS, AI-native, and AI-adjacent companies. It is a good fit for:

  • Startup founders and co-founders
  • Operators and general managers
  • Product managers and product leaders
  • Go-to-market, growth, and revenue leaders
  • SaaS and AI product builders
  • Anyone rethinking how to price, package, or monetize a product in the age of AI

It is especially useful if you are:

  • Setting pricing for the first time
  • Rethinking an existing pricing model
  • Unsure whether to price by seat, usage, credits, workflow, outcome, or value
  • Feeling that AI is changing how customers use or perceive your product
  • Looking for a practical framework you can apply immediately
  • Looking for clarity on a real pricing question

Format and details:

  • Date: Thursday, June 25
  • Time: 9:30am - 12:00pm Singapore Time
  • Duration: 2.5 hours
