Peng is currently the Managing director at Monk's Hill Ventures, which invests in tech startups based on or targeting the SEA region. Peng was the co-founder and CTO of Match.com (an online dating site) which was acquired by IAC. After Match.com, he founded Interwoven (produces content management systems), which went public on NASDAQ and grew to a $10B market cap, before being acquired and is now part of HP. After Interwoven, Peng founded Encentuate (software product) which was acquired by IBM.
