For a founder, raising funds from a VC is a milestone moment for them and their startup: with funding comes not just the money, but the additional responsibility of ensuring they are doing everything they can to be successful and return shareholder equity down the road. But a VC's work doesn't stop with financing: often VC's will actively work with their funded portfolio companies to ensure the founder has everything they need to become successful and actively work with them to bring the right people onboard and scale up the right team and culture.
Join us on August 25th at 6pm SGT as we talk with Peng T. They will talk about how they work together and how to go about scaling up the right leadership, team and culture in a growing startup.
