We're excited to welcome regional startup legend Jim Cregan of Jimmy's Iced Coffee in February and although most local entrepreneurs will already be familiar with how Jim and his sister Suzie started their coffee empire, they might not know about the problems, pitfalls, and challenges they faced while scaling to the national household name we all know and love today.
Scaling to a business capable of producing more than 5.5 million drinks a year from outlets including supermarket giants like Tesco and Waitrose doesn't come without its challenges and that's what we want to explore in more detail in this session.

After trying iced coffee in Australia, Jim teamed up with his sister Suzie to launch a British version of his newly found favorite drink and Jimmy's was born.
