Artan Hoxha is the one of the founders and president of Tirana Business University, private higher education institution which offers first and second-cycle programmes in the general subject areas of business management,economics and law. He is a well known analyst regarding economic, legal, institutional and political matters, and very active in the media and daily press. Mr Hoxha is the Director of Institute of Contemporary Studies that promotes and supports the development of democratic systems and the free market as well as the integration of Albania into Europe.
