Monika is an entrepreneur, with over 20 years consulting experience in the Balkans, pursuing entrepreneurial opportunities since 1996; founder of 2 successful companies and NGO-s. Her company, Dynamics Partners, a leading locally owned consultancy operating in Albania and Kosovo, was selected as franchise partner of AIMS International, a global talent acquisition and management group. Monika is founder and an active Board Member of Albanian Consultant Network, Key Founder and Board Chairwoman of Corporate Governance Institute of Albania. She has served to a vast international client pipeline and has been supporting many SME-s growing.

Monika holds a Diploma in Engineering, a MSc in Economics from Tirana University as well as a Degree in Consulting Management from WAA in Germany.

Monika is keen to support startups and together with likely inspired individuals has recently established Women in Governance Network supporting female startups to grow.
