Marin Pahija eshte bashkethemelues i F&M Reklama dhe Brotech. F&M Reklama eshte kompani e e konsoliduar në tregun e reklamave, printimeve dixhitale dhe produkteve promocionale, ndersa BROTECH eshte e fokusuar ne fushen e ndricimeve LED duke bere distribucion te ndricuesve ne te gjithe vendin.
Marin Pahija ka themeluar ne moshen 18 vjecare, bashke me vellane e tij Faoltin, kompanine F&M Reklama. Vitet e para ne biznes kane qene sfidues pasi te dy ndiqnin studimet e larta, Marini per arkitekture ndersa Faolti studimet per elektronike. Pasioni per Arkitekturen dhe Elektroniken jane bashkuar per te zhvilluar F&M Reklamen dhe me pas BROTECH. Sot pas 13 vitesh, F&M Reklama eshte nje kompani e e konsoliduar në tregun e reklamave, printimeve dixhitale dhe produkteve promocionale. FM ka rreth 50 punonjes, zyra, fabrike te re dhe makineri moderne. Ndersa kompania BROTECH eshte e fokusuar ne fushen e ndricimeve LED duke bere distribucion te ndricuesve ne te gjithe Shqiperine. Kompania ka showroomin LED Shop si edhe ka iniciuar tashme nje departament te ri qe merret me projekte profesionale ndricimi i cili quhet Memo Lighting.
