Matt Rogers is Founder and VP of Engineering Nest, a company leading the way to smart homes with its Nest Thermostat. In Jan of last year Google acquired Nest for $3.2-billion. Mike Abbott is a General Partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield Byers and he was VP of Engineering at Twitter.
