He has business training from Harvard Business School, Penn State University, and Stanford University.

He is the man behind Kiskadee Caravan, Caribbean Sound Basin, 104.7FM, Charm Carnival, and the other companies in the Amar Group of Companies. He has business training from Harvard Business School, Penn State University, and Stanford University.  Throughout his career he has been chairman of Export Trading Company Limited, the Small Business Development Corporation Ltd, and National Youth Foundation TT. He has also been a board member of University Of The West Indies Endowment Fund, Mount Hope Patient Trust Fund, and Capital Investment Programme Of Pan Trinbago.
