Brad Scoggin is a founder and Chief Executive Officer of ArborXR a software start-up with an enterprise SaaS platform for augmented and virtual reality.
Under Mr. Scoggin’s direction, the company, first known as SpringboardVR, became the world’s leading VR management platform serving location-based entertainment sector before successfully divesting the entertainment division to capitalize on the growing opportunities in the enterprise space. With over 10 years of experience in team development, strategic planning, and organizational growth and expansion, Mr. Scoggin began his career as the Executive Director for an international nonprofit distributing educational curriculum.
Mr. Scoggin earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Oklahoma. He and his wife, Dr. Merlyn Scoggin, a practicing psychiatrist, currently live in Oklahoma with their four children.

With three other co-founders, Tim bootstrapped the business in 2006 and assumed the CEO role in 2016. With a team that’s largely based in Tulsa, the company is around 100 people today and continuing to grow.
Since its founding, the business has grown to serve nearly 2,000 fleets from across the country and processes over 40% of employment verifications in the trucking industry overall. 80% of professional drivers have used the platform to apply, qualify and onboard with fleets of all sizes.
Prior to his time at Tenstreet, Tim worked at a large background screening company in a variety of technology and operations leadership roles and as a consultant for a public accounting firm. A graduate of TU in accounting, he’s called Tulsa home for most of his life.

Alex Lobodiak heads the business development & sales for GeoSafe and owns a boutique consulting company, True North Ventures. He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs with their go-to-market and growth strategies.
Alex is also involved as an advisor, mentor, director, or board member for Startup Grind, 36 Degrees North, Oklahoma Entrepreneurship Mentorship Program, Oklahoma Venture Forum, and All Kidz. He earned his MIS degree and an entrepreneurship-focused MBA, both from OU (Boomer!).
