N.Uchral is a member of the Mongolian Parliament, a director of the Standing Innovation Committee, and is the head of the Department of Electronic Policy. He has been a member of the Mongolian Parliament since 2016. He assisted in the development of the department of Innovation and Technology and assisted in the founding of the recent Department of Electronic Policy.
