Jake McEwan is the Managing Director, British Columbia at Gracorp (a subsidiary of Graham Group Ltd.) At Gracorp, he is responsible for sourcing, structuring, financing, developing, and marketing projects across various asset classes.
Jake is an accomplished real estate executive with over sixteen years of experience in both government and the private sector. Before joining Gracorp, Jake was the CEO of Keltic Development, where he led the company to become the second-largest developer in British Columbia by total sales volume during 2018 & 2019. He also secured over $600M in debt financing from tier-one lenders and led a development program worth over $1.3 billion. Before Keltic, Jake worked previously as the SVP of Aquilini Development and Construction & as the President of Aquilini America. Jake also worked in senior capacities at Concord Pacific & Intracorp Projects. At Intracorp, Jake leads the development of the MC2 & Metroplace projects, both winners of significant design awards.
Jake is also a start-up founder and CEO. He founded Jarvis Service Inc in 2015 as its co-founder and CEO. http://jarvisserve.com/ Jarvis was Jake’s vision, and he led the creation of the company, approval of its App on the Google and Apple stores and had the business expand to over 25 locations before exiting the firm in 2019. Jake was awarded Canada’s top leadership fellowship in 2006 (Action Canada http://www.actioncanada.ca/). He has spent three years in politics as a former senior advisor in the Gordon Campbell B.C government. Jake has a B.A. from the University of Victoria and is a former Red Mountain Ski Racer from Rossland, B.C. Jake spends his time off mainly with his 200lb Great Dane and his wonderful wife and daughter.
