Brandon and Jared Rodman founded Weave in September 2008. They have raised over $7M in funding and grown to more than 30 employees. Weave is software for dentists that integrates dental software, patient records, and phone service, helping dentists increase revenue streams and increase efficiency.

Brandon Rodman // CEO and Co-founder

Brandon founded Weave in September 2008, and has since raised more than $7M in funding while growing the company to more than 30 employees. Prior to starting Weave, Brandon was the VP of Sales for a marketing company and managed more than 200 sales people. Brandon has a passion for technology and a strong background in graphic design, UI/UX, marketing, advertising, sales, business development, and business strategy. Brandon successfully guided Weave’s pivot from service to software, and now directly oversees the firm-wide strategic focus at Weave, applying his experience in generating deal flow to shape the company’s sales infrastructure and product development pipelines. Brandon graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in Marketing and Advertising.

Jared Rodman // COO and Co-founder

With over five years of management experience, Jared has constantly applied an analytical and logical approach to understanding the structure of operations. He has demonstrated the unique ability to break down complex systems and rebuild essential processes to be client facing, while keeping in consideration the internal operational concerns for the company. Jared manages the personnel recruiting, client relationships, and client on-boarding process for Weave, and has been instrumental in facilitating the frameworks for growth that the company relies on. Jared graduated from the University of Utah with a BA in Philosophy.
