Allan has had many roles in his career: founder of the Baltic News Service, CEO of Microlink, investor & VC in MTVP and most recently COO of Starship Technologies, creators of autonomous delivery robots. Considered extremely knowledgeable and effective, he has served as a board member of Tallinn Stock Exchange (NASDAQ-OMX Tallinn), and is advisor to the Prime Minister of Estonia in the Science and Development Council.
He is passionate about hardware, online media, professional news and corporate intelligence, consumer-facing services, tech investments, aerospace, and greentech.
