Join us for an evening with Brian Caulfield, an Irish entrepreneur and Partner at Draper Esprit. Brian has worked on both sides of the table, both as an entrepreneur and an investor - and so has a unique perspective of the Irish tech sector from its early days, through the first dot com boom right up to the present day. Prior to joining Draper Esprit, Brian was a partner at Trinity Venture Capital. Brian is a private investor/advisor in a number of early stage technology companies, and sits on the Boards of Clavis Technology and The Irish Times, Ireland's leading newspaper. He was the 2007 recipient of the Irish Software Association’s 'Technology Person of the Year' award. In 2010 he also received the Halo Business Angel Network’s 'Business Angel of the Year' award and has been inducted into the Irish Internet Association Hall of Fame. Brian is the current Chairman of the Irish Venture Capital Association.
