Akvile Bosaite - a Partner and Head of the Banking and Finance Practice Group. She has specialised in banking, finance, investment funds, project financing, restructuring of financing, securities and M&A for over fourteen years. During her legal practice, she has led a number of the largest financing, investment funds, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions projects both in Lithuania and foreign jurisdictions. 

Elena Vegelyte is a lecturer of the Institute of Private Law at Mykolas Romeris University, where she teaches International Tax Law course. She has more than 7 years of experience in advising local and international clients on Lithuanian and cross-border taxation issues. 

Associate Jovita Valatkaite has over 6 years of legal work experience in the fields of Employment and Corporate Law. A part from advising on general employment law matters, she provides consultations on non-competition of employees, protection of confidential information as well as EU social security system. She also has extensive experience in migration matters, including residence permits, work permits, secondment and transfer of employees.
