CGTrader is the largest 3D model marketplace for computer graphics, virtual/augmented reality/ and gaming, backed by a strong professional designer community. On CGTrader, 3D artists, design studios and businesses share and sell their models. Enterprise and business customers can choose from more than 500,000 high-quality 3D models that can be used in their projects, shortening project development time and saving resources. If the needed model cannot be found on the platform, customers can also hire a designer for a custom job.

CGTrader was founded in 2011 by Marius Kalytis. After gaining degree in finance Marius followed his passion for design and worked as a 3D designer for almost 10 years including running his own leading 3D design studio Visual mind. Noticing lack of good quality 3D designs easily accessible online and fair conditions for freelance designers he started a 3D assets marketplace.

Dalia Lasaite, a serial entrepreneur, joined the company as a co-founder in 2013 following the first funding round by Practica Capital. In May 2016, the Hundert, a Berlin-based startup publication, named Dalia Lasaite as one of Top 100 European female entrepreneurs.
