Karolina was responsible for marketing and PR coverage for the first successful Polish Kickstarter campaign with $180k in funding. Her role in the company is to transform the skills of many people from different fields into one value and bring it to the market.

She has been working in banking for the past 16 years. Her experience encompasses investment banking as well as direct equity investments. Before EVF, she was the Global Head of TMT at Raiffeisen Investment in Vienna from 2007 to 2009. She started her career in banking at Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup, London). She became a Manager in the Equity Capital Markets team of ING Barings, responsible for the EMEA region.
