Olga Jakubowska - co-founder & researcher at VelociCaptor, translator, and linguist by profession. New and mobile technology enthusiast, fascinated with entrepreneurship development in Poland. Interested in usability technology and UX design. Active participant in hackathons, usually as an advisor and non-programmer with a new view on innovative projects, until one of them evolved into a promising startup – VelociCaptor. The project was developed with Krzysztof Wróbel, paying particular attention to the user and the business side. Gone through many different stages of developing and validating the idea, learning countless lessons of life, business, and communication with people and the startup community. Karolina Bołądź - COO and co-founder of Zortrax, a Polish manufacturer of 3D printers dedicated to professional use in the SMB market. She specializes in marketing, business models, and strategy for implementing innovative tech products. Karolina was responsible for marketing and PR coverage for the first successful Polish Kickstarter campaign with $180k in funding. Her role in the company is to transform the skills of many people from different fields into one value and bring it to the market. Kinga Stanisławska - Managing Partner and Founder of Experior Venture Fund, responsible for the Fund’s operations, including deal sourcing, supervision of exits from investments, obtaining debt financing for portfolio companies, and relations with investors, Capital Fund, and General Partners. She has been working in banking for the past 16 years. Her experience encompasses investment banking as well as direct equity investments. Before EVF, she was the Global Head of TMT at Raiffeisen Investment in Vienna from 2007 to 2009. She started her career in banking at Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup, London). She became a Manager in the Equity Capital Markets team of ING Barings, responsible for the EMEA region.
