While studying at the Warsaw University of Technology worked as a DJ and assistant to Polish Radio’s sound engineer Director. In 1977, moved to the US and, for many years, working alongside Dr. Beurt SerVaas, owner of Curtis International Inc. and one of the most influential businessmen in Indiana. In 1983 Curtis International opened its branch in Warsaw with Zbigniew Niemczycki as General Director.
Currently Owner and President of
Curtis Group, including business in various sectors: aviation services (General Aviation), construction & property development (
Curtis Plaza), hotel management (
Hotel Bryza), plastic processing (
Curtis Development), and pharmaceutical manufacturing (
Curtis Health Caps).
Actively involved in improving conditions for entrepreneurs in Poland. Founder and, for many years, President of the
Polish Business Roundtable. Vice-president of the Main Council at
Business Centre Club, affiliated with the Prime Minister at the National Council of the European Integration.
Founder and President of the Polish Eagles Foundation, promoting the tradition of civil and military aviation in Poland. Hobbies include: piloting helicopters and planes and playing tennis.
